Take Us 2 The Magic staff on hand to support you throughout your entire booking and stay to ensure everything runs smoothy including Disney Performing Arts audition application support and management.

• 15 years of experience as specialist group package partners for dance and performing arts at Disneyland® Paris. Add to that over 30 years of travel trade experience (our team have worked with Disneyland Paris since it opened in 1992).
• Dedicated booking office open 5 days a week to help advise and guide you through the booking process.
• We cut through all the jargon and liaise with Disney Performing Arts departments direct on your behalf all the way up to performance to help you get the most from your audition and performance experience.
• On site and in resort for the duration of your stay. We don’t just say hello and goodbye, we will be present in Disneyland Paris throughout your experience to ensure hotel check-in, scheduled performance meets and any additional activities all run smoothly.
• The group leader will be a given a duty telephone number to keep in touch with our on-site representative during your stay

We know how much time and effort you have taken to plan and arrange this fantastic experience for your performers, so we make sure every magical moment is captured, documented and saved for you to rewatch, share and enjoy for years to come. Not to mention to use as a valuable tool to promote your group, school and performers. Our in-resort photographer and videographer will be side by side with you so you can immerse yourself in the experience with your performers without worrying about missing anything.

• NEW FOR 2026 Magical in park photoshoot - Our photographer will arrange a time and place to meet you and your group for a magical photoshoot experience, including group photos plus individual portraits and family shots for your dancers and their families.
• Capturing every moment with our included videography on your performance day - Including experience highlights and a professionally edited on stage showcase video, all uploaded to a secure website for you and your group to download. Tell your parents they don’t have to sit behind their phones, they can enjoy the moment, we got the video covered.
• Never missing a shot with a professional stage photographer on hand to capture all those amazing action shots, uploaded to a password protected website for you and your group to download. 100’s of photos of your performers as they take to the Disney stage in front of an international audience to cherish and share forever. Plus we upload a selection of the best shots to our official social media immediately after your performance so you can get sharing right away!
• Disney Photopass+ to share with your group - Get all your digital Disney character and ride photos for free to download from a handy Disney website.
• NEW FOR 2026 Create your own magical photo gallery! - With our included ‘Lense’ virtual disposable camera access. All your dancers, friends and families can upload unlimited park experience photos to a special online gallery via QR code for everyone to view after the event!

With 15 years specialist dance and performing arts group travel experience, and over 30 years travel trade experience (actually a lot more, but we don’t like to show our age), you can trust us to source you the best range of hotels and packages available to suit your group’s needs. Add to that we are trusted and award-winning preferred Disney travel trade and Disney Performing Arts partners (meaning we have the Disney inside knowledge), letting us put together the best possible hotel, park and performance experience for you and your group.

• On-site or off-site accommodation booking options, all with breakfast included.
• Disney themed on-site hotels right in the heart of the magic, immerse yourself fully in the Disney magic with hotels minutes away (either by walking or free shuttle bus) to the parks and your performance meeting places and stage.
• Specially selected off-site hotels right next to the magic, we work with only the best selected hotel partners that provide a magical atmosphere for our guests, all with free shuttle bus to and from the Disney Village adjacent to the park entrances and meeting points.
• Disney park passes included, so you don’t miss any magic. No matter if you’re on or off site all our packages include Disney Hopper park passes, giving you the ability to switch between parks anytime you wish and really maximise the Disney magic. PLUS if you choose an on-site hotel you will get the added bonus of ‘Extra Magic Hours” giving you early access into the parks (times may vary).
• Breakfast is included on all our accommodation packages, so you can fuel up with a delicious meal before you head out on your adventures for the day. And we can provide additional Disney meal packages if needed on a half board or full board basis.

• Free place for group leader (conditions apply), a little reward for all your time and effort working with us, so you can concentrate on your performers and not worry about yourself.
• NEW FOR 2026 Teacher/group leader welcome pack, including a special lanyard (because your just as important as the performers) and exclusive travel mug (not that we are suggesting you might need a coffee or two)
• Performance day goodie bags for every performer, including Perform in the Magic lanyard (which doubles as a safe and handy way to store your Disney park passes), branded drawstring bag with name tag (to help keep your valuables safe on performance day) and water bottle, because staying hydrated is important!
