WHAT TO EXPECT AND HOW WE HELP YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS
Applying to showcase
We will guide you through the entire application process including Disney Performing Arts audition, accommodation and park ticket options, as well as any special requirements you may have.
Step One
The first step is to fill out our initial enquiry form via the button at the top of the page, this gives us all the basic information we need to get your enquiry started and helps us to put together a better picture of what type of performance group you are.
Things to note before applying…
• Minimum performance group size is 10 performers with an overall minimum group size of 20 guests.
• Maximum performance group size is 50 performers.
• Performers must be aged 6 years and over.
Making Auditioning easy
Our specially trained team is on hand to walk you through the Disney Performing Arts audition process, meaning you can concentrate on preparing your performance. We will send you the full Disney Performing Arts audition guidelines on enquiry.
Step Two
You will need the following to submit your audition to Disney Performing Arts for review…
• A completed application form (we will send you this after initial enquiry)
• Team photo of your showcase group including all the performers.
• Two video audition pieces (representative in content, style and standard of what you intend to showcase at Disneyland® Paris) featuring all the performers wishing to take part in the showcase together.
Remember your audition is the only tool Disney will have to assess your group, therefore please ensure the quality and content show your performers at their very best!
Await your DIsNey performing arts feedback
We will then liaise with Disney Performing Arts on your behalf, once the audition has been reviewed, Disney Performing Arts send through feedback and advise if the application has been accepted, in the event of an unsuccessful application, they usually offer feedback and the opportunity to apply again.
Step THREE
• On successful audition application we will send you your feedback from Disney Performing Arts and the package information we have held for you in the form of a booking offer.
• We can then finalise your booking, make arrangements for any deposits and payment schedules needed and supply you with all the additional information regarding your booking needed.
time to start getting excited
You will receive your exclusive performer package ahead of your departure date, including lanyards, performer bags and water bottles, giving you the opportunity to present them to your performers and start to get them excited for their Disney experience.
Step FOUR
• Don’t forget to share any photos or videos of your preparations with our social media team
• We will share and feature your school and performers across our socials to help promote your school or group
• Our booking team will continue to liaise with you regarding your booking throughout the entire process to make sure everything runs smoothly leading up to your departure date
Your Adventure starts
It’s finally here… time to head to Disneyland® Paris to start your Disney Performing Arts journey! We are on along for the ride with our in-resort team to make sure you get the best experience.
Step FIVE
• Our team will be on hand to welcome you at your hotel on arrival
• We will talk you through any additional performance/check in information and give you your exclusive perks including your Disney Photo Pass+ and teacher/group leader packs
• We will make arrangements to meet you at your pre-determined Disney Performing Arts meeting day and time and also arrange your in park photoshoot!
It’s Performance Day!
All your hard work has led to this moment, it’s time to showcase your performance to an international audience in Disneyland Paris!
Step SIX
• Our team will meet you on the morning of your performance.
• We will be with you every step of the way filming our exclusive experience highlights and capturing all those special moments.
• Our photographer will capture hundreds of photos of your stage performance.
• Your performance is captured in HD with a professional three angle edit to share.
• We share and promote your school throughout the day via our official social media feeds.
